There are lots of exciting, scary, and new things happening on my end of the universe. Now that my little Peanut is a toddler and my life has kind of taken on a life of its own, it’s really helped me put writing into perspective.

For a long time it was just a hobby. Then, it became a career. Then, it became a burden (when I was trying to stay up and write at midnight only to get up for midnight feedings). Now, I think it’s found a comfortable little place in my life- where my passions and secrets lie, that little creative bit of myself that refuses to die. That’s the bit that lights the fire and pushes me to do more. Because I know I still have many stories to tell. And I want to share those with the world.

I find inspiration in different, unusual and unexpected places. I’m more confident in my voice and what I have to say. And now, as I take my career into my hands and start plotting out the direction of my LIFE’s STORY, it’s with excitement and a little anticipation over what’s to come.

Either way, it’s been quiet because I’ve had my head down working. But I hope to have some great things to share you with you soon.
